Lamaze Getaway Weekend
Expectant parents have a lot to learn about, from childbirth preparation to newborn care, breast-feeding, and relationship support. Rather than grabbing a class here and a workshop there, why not share the best, most comprehensive class on all these topics in a beautiful setting you can both enjoy?
The Getaway Weekend class, held at the Inn of Port Ludlow amid one of the Pacific Northwest's most picturesque Waterfront Resort Communities, offers comprehensive training and preparation for new parents. You can set a positive tone for your future parenting experience by learning the best methods from a highly accredited expert in a relaxing and scenic location. Slow down the pace of life with a walk on the beach, surrounded by spectacular views of Ludlow Bay, the Olympic Mountains, Port Ludlow’s Marina, and neighboring forests. The Getaway Weekend offers a perfect setting to savor time together before life gets busy with the addition of a new little person in your family.
"We feel SO good about the birth experience now – very prepared, educated, excited, and focused! Whereas before we were nervous, confused, and overwhelmed.”
“The weekend was so much more than we hoped in every positive way and we came home feeling ready, actually ready, for our little girl to come.”
“Rosalys is fun to talk to and listen to. She’s extremely knowledgeable and teaches the information clearly and comfortably.
A rejuvenating atmosphere, breathtaking setting, wonderful food, and good conversation with fellow parents – all these enjoyments contribute to positive and effective learning. You’ll leave fully prepared and eager for your childbirth experience, equipped with all the knowledge you need to welcome and care for your baby.
